The best thing I can imagine doing is going out and casting a vote for the Libertarian candidate (Badnarik); if you're on this website, odds are that you probably don't feel too differently.
Follow your heart and mind, vote or not, and let's get on with Life As We Know It (TM).

I certainly respect your right to go without voting - frankly, I wish more people thought this way. The entire premise bothers me a bit: if your candidate wins, you consent. If not, you consent. If you don't vote, you consent. Not really much of a contest or choice at all, come down to it.
As to the ID issue: I just can't imagine why anyone walking in with a name is permitted to vote, so long as that name is on the list. Who the heck says that I'm me? I could be stealing another's vote just as easily, and this might not be noticed at all unless they attempt to vote as well. It's just asking for trouble...
